My stay at the resort was a mix of pleasant and frustrating moments. On the positive side, the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, which I appreciated. The location was quite convenient for exploring San Diego, making it easier to get around. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I encountered issues with the amenities that were frustrating. The mix of good customer service and disappointing room conditions means I might not return again.
